SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We normally ship all packages via UPS or Federal Express. FREE Delivery for purchases over $500. Also, please feel free to call Customer Service at 1-800-814-7937 between 9:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday Eastern. All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 1 to 2 business days at which time the order will be shipped. If an item qualifies for a free appraisal (Diamond, Gemstone or Pearl items over $1,000) it may require an additional day to ship. As soon as the order is shipped, an email is sent to you with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to rapidly track your shipment. All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email. Our international customers are always notified of any additional shipping charges from the US to their international location before we process the order. Further, please note the international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties at the time of delivery. ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
